I Know a Secret & I Want to Shout It from a Mountain Top, but Since I'm Stuck in a Spiny Coccoon I'll Simply Write About It & Share It with Someone Later is an essay on time travel found in Volume XXXII+I/III of The Verities of Joining, written by Harley P. Mathewson. It is thought to be Mathewson's most recent addition to The Verities of Joining since it claims to have been written by Mathewson while he was trapped inside the spiny coccoon of Henson's Curse. In the volume, Mathewson describes some of his time travelling adventures and how it feels, both physically and emotionally, to travel through time and space. Mathewson, a man who is thought to appreciate the old adage "Never judge a book by its cover" intentionally made the title misleading, having it suggest that he was going to finally explain how he developed his time machine. Unfortunately, no such topic is ever mentioned within the volume.
